Team Iowa bests Minnesota, 36-12

CRESCO – A crowd of more than 350 people saw Team Iowa chalk up 10 match wins en route to a 36-12 win over Team Minnesota during the 20th Annual Border Battle Wrestling Meet held at Crestwood High School on March 11, 2022. The win gave the Iowa squad an 11-9 overall lead in the evenly contested series.
The meet featured 12 exciting matches between high school seniors from northeast Iowa and southeast Minnesota. It also had two exhibition matches with Iowa grapplers battling each other.
